Benefits to Members and the Texas A&M Golf Teams

Through social, fitness, athletic and educational opportunities, the Traditions Club at Texas A&M will serve as a centerpiece for the preservation and enhancement of the relationship between the University's Former Students and supporters. The Traditions Club will encompass a Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II designed 18- hole golf course and clubhouse, separate practice and locker facilities for members and the Texas A&M golf teams, an extensive LifeStyle Center, and a state-of-the-art Golf Learning Center. The Golf Learning Center will give the Texas A&M golf teams another competitive advantage.

Benefits to Texas A&M

Along with strengthening ties between Texas A&M and its Former Students and supporters, the Traditions Club will serve many other purposes for the University. These include the generation of significant funds through revenue sharing, providing a long-term endowment. Texas A&M will receive 5% of all membership sales and 10% of the Club's gross operating revenue on an annual basis. In addition, recruiting for the Texas A&M golf programs will grow more competitive thanks to the state-of-the-art Golf Learning Center, practice facilities and priority access to the championship golf course.
