A s the new Fall Semester and Football Season approaches, so does the busy season here at Traditions. If you have been considering real estate at Traditions, now is the best time to come explore. The wave of activity during the Fall Season has a significant effect on our inventory, so schedule an on-site visit with a Traditions Real Estate Professional the next time you are in town. To update you on the status of the community, we are excited to announce that as of mid-August, 213 homesites in the Traditions Community are sold, and over 100 homes are occupied or under construction. We have also recently released our newest parcel of homesites, Laurel Trace. Nestled between holes #12 and #13, Laurel Trace contains 10 golf course and 5 interior garden homesites, ranging from $109,000 to $185,000. The Traditions Club has been working hard over the summer season with a renewed focus on incredible service, superior course conditions, and exceptional food and beverage offerings. Our goal is to continually take our operations to a higher level through our enthusiastic team. We would like to invite you to visit the Club and take a tour of the facilities and golf course. Traditions Club at Texas A&M is a Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II co-design. This 7,146 yard championship course features stately hardwoods, many natural creeks and wetlands, and striking vistas of Kyle Field and the University skyline. The attention to detail is what sets the Nicklaus designed golf courses apart from all others. According to the rave reviews from Members and guests alike, Traditions achieves a balance of challenge for the low handicap golfer and enjoyment for daily member play.

Construction on the Traditions Clubhouse is underway, with an estimated completion date of Summer 2009. The 25,000 square foot clubhouse will be the centerpiece of the Club Campus featuring a spacious pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, private meeting rooms, full service dining, men's and women's lounges, a lodge style reception area and expansive outdoor patio areas.
The Hill Country style Clubhouse will reflect on a larger scale the laid-back, yet tastefully refined architectural style already prevalent throughout the Traditions Community. It will be a place to relax and unwind with friends and family , or to enjoy a private dinner with that special someone.
