How will Texas A&M University benefit financially?

The Club will provide Texas A&M 5% of Membership sales and 10% of Gross Operating Revenue. This is projected to be in excess of $1 million annually upon sell out.


Can you provide more detail of the Club's components?

The campus-style Clubhouse facility will include two buildings:
  • Clubhouse - Pro shop, locker rooms, formal and informal dining, conference rooms, continuing education facility, tennis courts, swim club and administrative offices
  • Lifestyle Center - State-of-the-art facility complete with locker rooms and the latest in strength training and cardiovascular equipment and spa treatment services.
