Membership Summary & Benefits

• Limited to 100 Members
  
• Resident monthly dues: currently $300/$325 (2)
  
• Non-resident monthly dues: currently $190/$225 (2)
  
• 30 day tee time reservation privileges together with protected priority tee times
  
• Exclusive ability to host unaccompanied guests
  
• Membership is transferable to an heir

• Upon resignation, the membership deposit is refundable pending resale by the Club. The resigning member has the ability to share in proceeds from increased membership pricing (refer to membership plan for additional details).
  
• Upon sellout of Founder Membership, deposit will increase to $100,000 (see membership plan for details).
  
• Real estate discount of $30,000 per lot (two lot maximum) in the development. Future phase discounts to be determined.
  
• The Club will pay 5% of membership sales and 10% of operating revenue to Texas A&M
  

Corporate Founder -$60,000 Current Price (1)

• All benefits of Founder Membership (as stated above)
  
• The Corporation may appoint one "Designated User" to use the Club Facilities as the corporate representative.
  
• The Corporation may purchase up to three additional Charter Memberships at one-half the current price. The appointed "Designees" will have full use privileges of all Club Facilities.
  
• Designees may be reassigned annually (applicable fees apply).
  
• Designee dues will be determined based on place of residence
  

Charter –(Current Price $20,000) (1)

• Limited to 300 Members

• 21-day tee time reservation privileges

• Available to members residing outside of a 60-mile radius from the Club
  
• Monthly dues (Option 1): currently $190/ $225 (2)
• Monthly dues (Option 2): currently $65 plus applicable use fees
• Full use of all club facilities
• 14-day tee time reservation privileges
• Troon Golf "Advantage Program"participation

• Limited to 25 Members
  
• Available only to Texas A&M University Faculty and staff
  
• Monthly dues: $300/ $325 (2)
  
• 14-day tee time reservation privileges

• The Club will pay 5% of membership sales and 10% of operating revenue to Texas A&M
  

Junior – (Current Price $7,500)  

• Limited to 25 Members
  
• Available only to Texas A&M University graduates under the age of 36
  
• Monthly dues: currently $150/ $162.50 (2)
  
• Full use of all club facilities
