From Houston: Take Hwy 290 West to Hwy 6 North. As you enter College Station, stay on Hwy 6 (Business). Turn left on Harvey Mitchell Parkway/FM2818. Proceed to Villa Maria Road/FM 1179. Turn left. The entrance to Traditions will be approximately 1.7 miles on the Left. Turn left into the community and at the stop sign turn right. Follow to Club Drive and turn left. For the new Clubhouse and Golf Shop, turn right onto Founders Dr. and enter the parking lot to your right where you will be facing the Clubhouse.

From Austin: Take Hwy 71 East until it merges with Hwy 21 East. Stay on 21 East to Hwy 47 South. From Hwy 47 South turn LEFT onto Hwy 1179 (W. Villa Maria). The entrance to Traditions is about 2 miles down on the right . Turn right into the community and at the stop sign turn right. Follow to Club Drive and turn left. For the new Clubhouse and Golf Shop, turn right onto Founders Dr. and enter the parking lot to your right where you will be facing the Clubhouse.

From Dallas: Take Hwy 35E South to Hwy 77 South. From Hwy 77 South take Hwy 6 South to Bryan. Take a RIGHT off of the University Drive exit ramp and stay on University Drive, passing Texas A&M. Take the right hand exit onto Hwy 2818 (north bound) and continue on Hwy. to Hwy 1179 (Villa Maria). Turn LEFT onto Hwy 1179 (Villa Maria) and drive 1.7 miles to the Traditions entrance on the left side of the road. Turn left into the community and turn right at the stop sign. Follow to Club Drive and turn left. For the new Clubhouse and Golf Shop, turn right onto Founders Dr. and enter the parking lot to your right where you will be facing the Clubhouse.
