The Cottages and Casitas at Traditions sit adjacent to the beautiful Nicklaus Design golf course at Traditions. Our luxurious two, three, four and five bedroom units bring the splendor of the outdoors into an elegant and warm interior. Our Cottages and Casitas are the perfect place for your out of town guests. The Cottages and Casitas at Traditions offer luxurious overnight accommodations that allow you another option to local hotels. Architecturally inspired by the 2006 Southern Living Idea House, our two-bedroom luxury Casitas overlook the spectacular Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II Championship Golf Course. Only minutes from the Texas A&M campus and within walking distance of the Club amenities, the Cottages and Casitas set the standard for overnight accommodations in Aggieland.

  • Policies

    • All overnight Guests have access to the Traditions Club clubhouse, pool complex, as well as our dining areas, racquet sports, golf, and fitness facilities. 

      Check in time for guests is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in without notice and late check-out fees are $50 each, unless otherwise approved through the Director of Lodging. 

      Groups

      Groups and/or stay n' play guests may be eligible for additional discounts or offers. Please inquire about our special rates.

      Quotes and Availability

      All rates are based per night and does not include state and local hotel and sales taxes (15.75% total taxes). All rates are based on availability and subject to change anytime without notice. We require a two-night minimum for football home game weekends, and some Texas A&M events such as Family Weekend, Ring Weekend, and Graduation.

      Cancellations

      Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in date. The full stay will be charged and will not be refunded if reservations are not cancelled within 48 hours. Cancellations for home game weekends and special events require a two-week notice of cancellation or the full stay will be charged. 

      Golf

      Tee times may be booked up to 30 days in advance by calling the Golf Pro Shop at 979-779-1007. The rate per person is $130 plus tax. Rate includes green fee, cart fee, and complimentary range balls.
